29 year old nursing student who had bilateral breast reductions when she was 19 — you can barely see the scars. She came to see me for a reddened area around her left nipple. I did a skin punch biopsy of the area and it turned out to be eczema. She was concerned about Pagets, which she had read about in school. A punch biopsy is a very easy test to do in the office. 4/03 | |
